Painting joy into every corner
Dani Heyward is a Melbourne-based artist inspired by the natural world on her doorstep Australian bush, suburban gardens, coastal light, and the quiet beauty that surrounds everyday life.
Based in Macleod, Melbourne, Dani is surrounded by a vivid mix of Australian native bushland and eclectic suburban gardens. That landscape is her constant muse the abstract shapes of leaves and stems, the way light falls on bark, the uplifting energy of a garden in bloom.
The happiness that painting brings Dani flows directly into each piece she creates. Collectors often describe her work as art that makes a room feel warmer, lighter, and more like home.
"For me, painting is freedom from all the other things in my life. As a Christian, creating art is a form of worship and is how I tune into God's presence. I hope my art gives you the joy and peace that I feel when it was created."

Social impact
A purchase with purpose
Dani has partnered with Eden Australia in an ongoing mission to help free the world of human trafficking. She donates 10% of all original artwork sales to support Eden's vital work reaching, rescuing, and restoring women and girls in Asia from trafficking, sexual exploitation, and forced marriage.
"I love that when the girls enter the Eden program they start a process of restoration — through counselling, creative and art therapy, and job training. My donation goes towards a Welcome Pack of clothing, toiletries and shoes, as well as the Eden Myanmar Build project."
